My birthday cake!

It was my birthday on 9 June! Say hello to 28 and goodbye ┬áto 27 ­čÖé
Normally I order a cake but this year I came up with this brilliant idea to made healthy birthday cake  and also because of the ramadan. This is a no-bake cake and it is super easy to make it just in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

20 date

70 gram unsalted almonds

3  tablespoon meal

Ingredients for the stuffing:

60 gram unsalted cashew nuts

2 big mango

2 tablespoon coconut oil ( I used 1 tablespoon)

option: vanilla powder

Cooking instructions:

You start with the stuffing. First you start with the cashew nuts. You have to do the cashew nuts 15 minutes in lukewarm water.

You need a kitchen blender for the next step.  Do the cashew nuts with the mango, coconut oil and vanilla in the blender.  Mix until smooth. Spoon the filling into a bowl and put it in the fridge while you make the bottom.

I used a cakepan about 19 cm diameter.

Spoon the bottom of the cake. Pressure with a spoon or spatula flat. When the bottom is ready you scoop the mango dressing on the cake and spread this out. Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours. You can used the cake in the freezer for at least two weeks. If you want to eat the cake I recommend you to this 15 minute in advance from the freezer. Then he is a bit softer and tastes delicious!

Ve zaten g├╝nler uzun oldu─čundan dolay─▒ pek tatl─▒ya f─▒rsat gelmiyor yada hafif tatl─▒lar daha ├žok tercih edilmesi gerekiyor (bence). Bende bu y├╝zden sa─čl─▒kl─▒ bir pasta olsun bol vitaminli olsun dedim. Nas─▒l yapt─▒─č─▒m─▒ merak ediyorsan─▒z hemen devam─▒n─▒ okuyun!

Taban i├žeri─či i├žin gerekli mazemeler:

20 tane hurma

70 gram badem (tuzsuz)

3 yemek ka┼č─▒─č─▒ un (ben bu─čday unu kullanm─▒┼čt─▒m ama her han gibi bir un kullanabilirsiniz)

Ust k─▒sm─▒ i├žin gereken malzemeler:

60 gram mahun cevizi

2 tane b├╝y├╝k mango

2 yemek ka┼č─▒─č─▒ hindistan ceviz ya─č─▒ (ben 1 ka┼č─▒k kulland─▒m)

1 ├žay ka┼č─▒─č─▒ vanilya pudras─▒ (vanilya ┼čekeri de─čil!)

Haz─▒rlanmas─▒:

─░lk olarak ust k─▒sm─▒n ile ba┼čl─▒yorsunuz. Mahun cevizi ├Âncelikle 15 dakika ─▒l─▒k suyda bekletin. Ard─▒ndan mahun cevizi, mangoyu, hindistan ceviz ya─č─▒ ve vanilya pudras─▒n─▒ ekleyerek blenderde kar─▒┼čt─▒r─▒n. Ard─▒ndan bir tasa koyup buzdolab─▒nda bekletin.

Taban i├žeri─či i├žin ise ├Âncelikle tepsinize f─▒r─▒n ka─č─▒d─▒ koyun. Ben 19 cm’l─▒k kek kab─▒ kulland─▒m.

Hurmalar─▒n ├žekirdeklerini ├ž─▒kart─▒n ve bademle ve unu ekleyerek blenderde kar─▒┼čt─▒r─▒n. Ard─▒ndan taban i├žeri─či spatulayla bast─▒r─▒n. Sonra ise mangoyu taban k─▒sm─▒n ├╝st├╝nde g├╝zelce da─č─▒t─▒n.

─░ki saat buzlukda beklemesi gerekiyor ve yemeden 15 dakika ├Ânce ├ž─▒kart─▒n! Ayrica iki hafta buzlukda kalabiliyor!
