Most of you knows that I am a really dessert lover and I am a sucker for cheesecakes, cookies, brownies and ice cream.
Yesterday I tried a new health recipe! I love making healthy desserts, this way you can eat delicious food and enjoy it without putting on weight and feeling guilty.
Don’t worry, you will not taste the avocado!
What you need is:
2 tablespoon cacoa
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 pieces date
Blend the avocado, cocoa powder, honey, date and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate the avocado chocolate mousse for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can use for the topping if you want choco crispy and coconut.
This recipe is for two persons and it is 240 calorie per person.
Not bad for a decadent dessert!
